Dr. ALEXANDER KOUKLAKIS B.S.V.S., O.D.

Dr. Kouklakis was enrolled in Purdue University's Pharmacy program in ADVANCED STANDING STATUS. Then he was accepted to the Illinois Eye Institute, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Visual Sciences, and his Doctor of Optometry degrees. He served 2 years as the President of the International Optometric Association. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association, Northwest Indiana Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association.

LISA SAKS, O.D.

Dr. Saks received both her bachelors in visual sciences and her doctorate of optometry from Indiana University. She then opted to complete an extra year-long residency in ocular disease at the Danville Veterans Medical Center. Dr. Saks has been practicing at Vision Quest Eye Clinics since 2001 and especially enjoys fitting challenging contacts lenses.

KATHERINE BLASKOVICH, O.D.

Dr. Blaskovich received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in 1995 and has been practicing in Northwest Indiana ever since. She recently joined Vision Quest in February 2008. Dr. Blaskovich enjoys practicing full-scope optometry; from fitting glasses and contact lenses to referring and co-managing LASIK candidates.
